About the Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Leading and managing a team of nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Conducting regular assessments of resident care and services, and implementing improvements as necessary
Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports, resident assessments, and medication records
