The Site Coordinator oversee the overall daily operations of the after-school program with the primary concern for a broad range of programs, including Character & Leadership Development, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation. Plans, develops, oversees implementation and supervises programs and program staff. Works with the Program Director to provide program delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.
