As the Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our store’s success. Your role will include a mix of operational management, customer service, and team leadership. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Overseeing daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. - Leading and motivating a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Managing inventory and ensuring our boutique products are always well-stocked. - Collaborating with the grooming and dog wash teams to maintain high service standards. - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care. - Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth. - Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for pets and their owners.
We’re searching for someone who can bring energy, organization, and a love for pets to our team. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in retail or a customer-facing environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members alike. - A proactive and problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges head-on. - Passion for pets and a genuine interest in creating a positive experience for our furry friends and their owners. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
