The Springs of Magnolia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function, you'll enjoy making a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and improve quality of life
Perform swallowing assessments and recommend appropriate interventions and dietary modifications
Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive resident care
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Current Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (or eligibility if applicable)
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
