About the Role
Louis Law Group is a growing, plaintiff-side law firm representing clients across multiple practice areas, including insurance disputes, Social Security disability, personal injury, employment matters, and other civil claims.
We are hiring an Intake Specialist to take ownership of the first stage of every new client relationship. You will be responsible for responding to new leads, conducting follow-up, answering calls, collecting documents, and ensuring that every prospective client receives a timely and professional response.
No legal experience is required. We will provide the training, tools, and support needed to learn the position. We are looking for someone who is intelligent, motivated, organized, and ready to take initiative.
Speed, attention to detail, professionalism, and follow-through are essential.
What You Will Do
- Contact new leads within minutes of receiving their inquiry and guide them through the next steps
- Speak with prospective clients about a variety of legal matters and gather the information needed for the firm to evaluate their claims
- Follow up by phone, text, and email until each prospective client receives a clear answer
- Collect, review, verify, and organize client documents, both electronically and in person
- Maintain accurate and current information in the firm’s case management system
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Greet clients and visitors at our Fort Lauderdale office
- Identify missing information and take initiative to resolve issues before they cause delays
- Support the intake and legal teams as your knowledge and responsibilities grow
Who You Are
- No prior legal experience is required
- A fast learner who can quickly become comfortable with new software, systems, and terminology
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Confident and professional when speaking with clients by phone, text, email, or in person
- Able to remain calm, accurate, and productive during busy periods
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of your work
- Ambitious and interested in earning greater responsibility over time
- Reliable, responsive, and committed to following through
- Bilingual English and Spanish
