Duties
- Safely operate limousine, shuttle, and other luxury vehicles for clients, ensuring adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide courteous, professional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, both inside and out, to uphold a high standard of presentation
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic mechanical checks to ensure optimal operation and safety
- Plan routes efficiently to meet scheduled pick-up and drop-off times while accommodating client preferences
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and handle any issues or concerns with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or as a delivery driver with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of limousine operations, bus driving, school bus driving, or box truck handling is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles including <PERSON> drivers or similar luxury transportation modes
- Valid VA driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated;
- Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation tools
