Duties
- Prepare and assemble menu items quickly and accurately, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Operate various kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and food prep stations safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Assist with daily food production needs
- Ensure all food is prepared according to safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure high-volume production meets customer expectations promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting
