- The Shipping Coordinator is assigned to the Shipping Dept to manage the logistics of outbound shipments.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling shipments, creating necessary documentation, managing finished goods inventory, and coordinating deliveries with various freight carriers.

Plan and schedule outbound shipments of finished goods to ensure timely deliveries.

Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.

Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to shipping and transportation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shipping inquiries and issues, both internally and externally.

Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping-related challenges.

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Availability to work first shift hours of 6:30AM - 2:30PM.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Willingness to flex schedule in order to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary, as well as moving to other shifts to balance skills, results, vacation coverage and training opportunities

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer, including SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel. Outlook

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.10. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
