Parts Inventory Specialist
Academic Background : High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Proven experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or parts department role is a plus.
Languages: Spanish: A1 English: A1
Key Responsibilities: Physical Stock Management: Safely move small parts from shelves, organize storage areas, and ensure all items are placed in their correct locations. Tagging & Labeling: Accurately label and tag incoming and existing parts according to company cataloging standards. Inventory Counts (Stock Take): Perform regular cycle counts and physical audits to maintain precise inventory tracking. Digital Documentation: Use a mobile device or tablet to take clear photos of parts and upload them into our inventory system/database.
