About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll help customers find outfits, styles, and sizes, keep the store organized and inviting, operate the register, and work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where every day is different. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, ownership, and pride in their work rather than waiting to be told what to do.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Help customers find outfits, styles, sizes, and accessories.

Stay knowledgeable about current fashion trends and merchandise.

Organize, replenish, and merchandise the sales floor.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.

Educate customers about our resale process and buying experience.

Assist with buying, inventory processing, tagging, and merchandising.

Create engaging social media content and help promote the store.

Work as part of a team to accomplish daily sales, customer service, and operational goals.

Schedule & Location
We offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions at our Lexington, Kentucky location. Weekend availability is required, and the more flexible your availability, the more we can work with your schedule.
