Remote (National Territory – Frequent Travel Required for Executive Meetings, Site Visits & Closing Opportunities)
Full-Time | Enterprise Healthcare Sales | New Business Development & Revenue Origination
Compensation: $150,000–$175,000 base salary, plus uncapped monthly residual commission

Position Summary
Reporting to the EVP, the Director of Origination is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new enterprise and regional accounts across the long-term care and senior living space.
This is a pure hunter role focused on new revenue generation. Success is measured by pipeline creation, conversion rate, and total new accounts closed.
You will be responsible for engaging C-suite and senior-level decision-makers, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value contracts that directly drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new national and regional accounts within skilled nursing, long-term care, and senior living markets
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities from first touch through signed contract
- Leverage existing relationships and industry connections to accelerate deal flow
- Conduct high-level discoveries, presentations, and negotiations with C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies for large healthcare organizations and multi-site operators
- Represent Vitaline at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate new business opportunities
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with discipline and persistence
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, pipeline tracking, and forecasting for executive leadership
- Partner with executive leadership on pricing, contracting, and deal structuring
- Ensure seamless handoff of newly closed accounts to the Account Management team with clear context and expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of closing new businesses in healthcare, long-term care, senior living, or related industries
- Strong network and/or existing relationships within LTC operators, regional groups, or national healthcare organizations
- Experience selling into multi-site organizations and navigating long, complex sales cycles
- Comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite and senior executive decision-makers
- Highly driven “hunter” mindset focused on new logo acquisition, not account maintenance
- Strong ability to open doors, build trust quickly, and close high-value contracts
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline
- Experience attending and leveraging industry conferences and events for business development
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, national territory environment with frequent travel
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development, enterprise sales, or new account acquisition experience
- Healthcare, long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living experience strongly preferred
- Proven history of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills
Compensation
- Base salary: $150,000–$175,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped monthly commission tied to new account origination
- Residual earning potential based on contracted accounts
- Total compensation opportunity varies based on performance and volume
