Performance Plumbing & Rooter is a locally owned and operated family business that has proudly served the Inland Empire for over 30 years. We are growing and looking for a dependable, hardworking Plumbing Apprentice/Laborer to join our team.
No plumbing experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right person on the job. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to learn a skilled trade, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Digging trenches and excavating for plumbing repairs.
● Assisting licensed plumbers with residential plumbing projects.
● Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials.
● Driving company plumbing vans to and from job sites.
● Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.
● Learning the plumbing trade through hands-on training.
● Providing friendly, professional customer service.
What We’re Looking For
● Reliable and punctual—you show up every day, on time, ready to work ( M-F, 8 AM at our plumbing yard in San Bernardino near The Rock Church)
● Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
● Physically capable of lifting 75+ pounds and performing demanding labor throughout the day.
● Someone who doesn’t quit when the work gets tough.
● Eager, motivated, and hungry to learn a valuable trade and improve every day.
● Honest, respectful, dependable, and a team player.
● Clean California driving record (you will be driving company vehicles).
● Construction, excavation, landscaping, or plumbing experience is a plus—but not required.
What We Offer
● Starting pay of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
● Performance and reliability review after 90 days with opportunities for raises based on your work ethic, attendance, and overall performance.
● Guaranteed full-time , Monday through Friday work schedule (40+ hours per week).

● Daily overtime opportunities when jobs run longer than eight hours, plus additional overtime as business needs require.
● Optional weekend work available for those who want to earn extra income (never mandatory).
