Applause Music Academy is expanding and actively hiring cello teacher to join a growing team. This position is structured as a W-2 employee role, not an independent contractor position, providing greater stability, legal protections, and long-term growth potential.
The academy operates 7 days a week with full administrative support, allowing teachers to focus exclusively on teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality music instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels
- Prepare students for recitals, performances, and optional examinations
- Maintain professionalism and consistent lesson quality
- Support student engagement and retention through structured programs
Employment Structure
- Classification: W-2 Employee (not contractor)
