Growing equipment sales, parts,service and rental business is seeking a motivated and experienced **Parts & Service Supervisor** to oversee daily operations of our parts and service departments. This position is responsible for supervising technicians, managing parts inventory, coordinating equipment repairs, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to keep equipment operating efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily service and parts department operations.
* Schedule and prioritize equipment repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
* Support technicians with troubleshooting and repair solutions.
* Manage parts inventory, purchasing, receiving, and vendor relationships.
* Monitor technician productivity and department performance.
* Prepare work orders, repair estimates, and customer invoices.
* Communicate with customers regarding equipment status and repair timelines.
* Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards.
* Maintain organized shop and parts inventory areas.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment rental, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, automotive service, or a related field.
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
* Equipment Rental Experience Preferred. ( Skid steer,excavators, lifts, attachments, commercial mowers,loaders,etc.) Bobcat, Kubota, CAT, John Deere
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and equipment diagnostics.
* Experience with inventory management and purchasing.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Valid driver's license required.
Compensation & Benefits
*$50,000 - $62,500 per year
