Job description:
Currently hiring Skilled Laborers for the oil & gas industry working on compressor station projetcs. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded workers with hands-on experience who are ready to work in demanding field environments.
Skilled Laborer Job Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and support duties on oil & gas and industrial job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen, operators, mechanics, and other site personnel
- Handle materials, tools, pipe, equipment, and job-site supplies
- Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials
- Perform digging, cleanup, site preparation, and other physical labor as needed
- Assist with pipe installation, line work, maintenance, and construction activities
- Use hand tools and basic power tools safely
- Follow direction from foremen and supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and company safety requirements
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
Skilled Laborer Qualifications
- Previous oil & gas, pipeline, industrial, construction, or heavy labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and job-site safety
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screening
- OSHA 10/30, PEC, Safeland, or other industry safety certifications are a plus
- Previous experience around pipe, valves, pumps, equipment, or industrial facilities is a plus

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to work, shows up on time, follows instructions, and takes safety seriously. We are especially interested in candidates who have worked around oil & gas equipment, pipelines, compressor stations, production facilities, or heavy industrial construction.
Skilled Laborer Compensation & Benefits
- $20-$25/hr for locals
- Up to $24/hr and $90/day per diem (for 5 days worked)
- Guaranteed overtime
