Position Summary
The Product Packager/Inventory Associate is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and efficient packaging of cannabis products and maintaining organized inventory records. This role ensures that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements prior to sale or distribution. This role reports directly to the Inventory Lead/Manager, Assistant GM, and Platform General Manager.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-awareness. the ability to develop further, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, Retail POS experience preferred, and inventory experience preferred. Must be able to lift boxes to 50lbs, have reliable transportation, and must have full availability Monday through Sunday. It is a full time position, so at least 32 hours a week, but 40 is likely.

Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Labeling
- Accurately weigh, portion, and package cannabis flower, edibles, concentrates, and other products.
- Apply compliant labels and product identifiers following state and company regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure product integrity.
- Inspect all packaged products for quality, consistency, and proper labeling.
Inventory & Compliance
- Track and record product movement using the company’s inventory management system (e.g., METRC or equivalent).
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
- Monitor expiration dates, storage conditions, and stock levels.
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing inventory immediately.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with fulfillment, retail, and compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate communication between departments regarding product availability and packaging timelines.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols as required by state cannabis regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
