Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely, including forklifts and power tools, to support production activities.
- Assist with assembly line tasks by assembling parts and components accurately according to specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and quality checks on products.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts, ensuring proper handling and storage within the warehouse or factory setting.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, maintaining a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections of finished products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging or shipping.

Qualifications
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and comfort working with hand tools and power tools.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a physically active role.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-mindedness, and teamwork skills.
