Leaps and Bounds Therapy is expanding into a new clinic space and is looking for a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team.
As a therapist-owned practice, we provide pediatric therapy services in homes, schools, daycares, and now our new clinic setting. We believe that when therapists feel supported, valued, and have a healthy work-life balance, they are able to provide the very best care to children and families.

What We're Looking For
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license
- Compassionate, family-centered approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in working as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team
- At least 1-2 years of pediatric experience
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in clinic with potential to have a hybrid role providing services in home and day-care as well.
- Complete evaluations and documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, physicians, and other providers
- Support children in reaching meaningful developmental goals

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
