Capitol Title Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Title Insurance Processor to join our dynamic team. As part of our Ocean City office, you’ll play a vital role in facilitating smooth and efficient title processing for real estate transactions. Primary job functions will include:
- Process purchase and refinance files
- Prepare Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures
- Work with pre-processors that gather all mortgage and other payoffs for you
- Communicate with all parties to the transaction to obtain necessary documentation in a timely manner to ensure a smooth closing
- Experience in processing files in multiple states is preferred
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Title Processor
- Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
