Position Summary
The Account Coordinator provides administrative and customer service support for assigned client accounts, ensuring accurate coordination of service requests, work orders, proposals, and client communications. This role serves as the primary administrative liaison between clients and internal departments, helping ensure client needs are addressed promptly while maintaining complete and accurate account documentation.
Working closely with Client Relationship Managers, Operations, Accounting, and Business Development, the Account Coordinator helps ensure services are delivered efficiently, client expectations are communicated clearly, and all account activity is documented in the company's systems. This position is essential to providing an exceptional client experience through responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, administrative coordination, account coordination, or a related business environment.
- Experience in the commercial landscaping, facilities management, property management, or service industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Word.
- Experience with CRM, work order management, or service management platforms is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments while managing competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to follow through on tasks to completion.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
