Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and benefits effectively.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling.
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining an organized store environment.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle retail store product knowledge inquiries confidently, providing clear communication about features and benefits.
- Manage retail math accurately for transactions, including cash drawer handling and balancing registers at shift end.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math ensures smooth transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging customers effectively and delivering excellent customer service.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base better.
