Job Title: Store & Warehouse Cleaner
Location: Khaadi Store at Tysons Corner, Virginia and Khaadi Warehouse at Washington DC 20018
Reports to: Store Manager/ Warehouse Manager
Hours: 2-3 hours per day at Store and 4-5 hours per day at Warehouse
About the Role
As a Store & Warehouse Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our Khaadi store and Warehouse.
You will help ensure that our premises are clean, safe, organized and welcoming for our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of floors daily.
- Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, counters, and display areas.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs of repairs.
- Disposing of trash from bins and containers daily.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and fixtures daily.
- Polishing furniture and room accessories daily.
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors daily.
- Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products daily.
- Follow health and safety policies daily.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Reliable, punctual and responsible with good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Must be able to travel between Tysons Corner and Washington, DC 20018, approximately 40 mins apart (transport costs will be covered)
- Available to work a morning shift at the Tysons Corner store and an afternoon shift at the Washington, DC warehouse.
- Must be comfortable working across both retail and warehouse environments.
