As an RBT at Baler, you’ll work closely with a team of clinicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality, in-home and/or center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. Whether you're experienced or just starting your career, we provide the training and support you need to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) to provide individualized ABA therapy in a play-based, in-home and/or center-based setting.
- Implement therapy programs designed by a BCBA to help children reach developmental, behavioral, and social goals.
- Use your energy, creativity, and empathy to make each therapy session fun and engaging.
- Track and document client progress using data collection tools and team input.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate closely with behavior analysts and fellow RBTs.
- Help children build the skills needed to succeed in school and everyday life.
What We Offer:
- Paid training to help you earn your RBT certification and ongoing education to support your growth.
- A clear path for advancement, with opportunities to grow into roles like RBT Trainer or pursue BCBA certification.
- A supportive, team-oriented environment focused on compassion, integrity, and evidence-based care.
- No contract commitment—we believe you'll stay because it's a great place to work.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not necessary.
- Experience working with children is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
- A strong desire to help children with autism learn and grow.
- Dependability, empathy, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to engage in active play, kneel/sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to hire.
