A world-class steel processor located in Mid-Michigan has several openings for production associates. Open positions include machine operators, material packagers, and material handlers (fork truck/crane). You could be placed in any of these positions based on your qualifications and production needs at the time.
Candidates must be able to work any shift and alternating weekends.
The preferred candidate will possess the following:
- Manufacturing experience, within an auto parts supplier is a plus.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check successfully.
Wage increase to $22.73 and excellent benefit package offered after 90-day probationary period.

Company History
RSDC was founded in 1998 in Holt, Michigan. Initially supporting the automotive industry exclusively, RSDC was the primary steel processor for one of America's top three auto makers. During that time, RSDC launched over 50 vehicle platforms and developed the online inventory management system that has set a standard for industry reporting requirements. Later expanding to other industries, RSDC has over two decades of satisfied customers.
