Century 21 Northern Advantage is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated In-House Cleaner / Property Preparation Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping our listings and rental properties look their absolute best. From preparing homes for professional photography and showings to cleaning apartments between tenants, you'll help create a welcoming first impression for every property.
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes, apartments, and rental properties
- Prepare homes for professional photography, open houses, and showings
- Perform move-in and move-out cleanings
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, clean windows, and remove cobwebs
- Make beds, stage rooms, and ensure properties are presented in their best condition
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair concerns observed while cleaning
- Assist with light property preparation tasks such as organizing, decluttering, and removing trash or debris
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Represent Century 21 Northern Advantage professionally when interacting with homeowners, tenants, and vendors
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing exceptional results
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Positive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while working in occupied homes
