Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in haircutting, beard grooming, shaving, and styling techniques while providing exceptional customer service. The Barber will help create a welcoming environment and ensure clients leave satisfied with their appearance and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide men's, women's, and children's haircuts as appropriate.
- Perform beard trims, lineups, fades, straight-razor shaves, and other grooming services.
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Stay updated on current haircut and grooming trends.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Valid Barber or Cosmo License.
- Previous barbering experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of haircutting, shaving, and grooming techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in fades, tapers, beard sculpting, and straight-razor services.
- Experience with appointment scheduling software.
- Retail sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
