We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an established industrial manufacturer in Pierceton, IN.
This is a hands-on role troubleshooting and repairing industrial production equipment, supporting preventative maintenance and improving equipment reliability and uptime.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production equipment
- Diagnose 480V electrical systems, motors and control systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and equipment repairs
- Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC-controlled equipment
- Diagnose CNC and die casting equipment issues
- Use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- 480V electrical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment
- Strong preventative and reactive maintenance experience
- Allen Bradley PLC, CNC or die casting experience is advantageous
