We are looking for energetic, personable bartenders who thrive in a lively atmosphere and enjoy working with both restaurant and rooftop guests.
As a bartender, you will craft cocktails, serve wine and beer, maintain a welcoming bar presence, and work closely with the floor team to deliver smooth and professional service throughout each shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and efficiently
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
- Operate the Toast POS system accurately to process guest orders and payments
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing bar duties including stocking, prep, and inventory organization
- Work collaboratively with servers, runners, hosts, and management during busy service periods
- Monitor guest experience and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Support private events, rooftop service, and high-volume shifts when needed
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred in restaurants, rooftops, lounges, or hospitality venues
- Experience using Toast POS or similar POS systems preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic bar operations
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and food safety practices
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach
