Our client is seeking skilled and passionate remediation/mitigation technicians to join their Field Operations team. This full-time, hands-on role focuses on water, mold, and fire damage restoration of residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform water, mold, and fire mitigation and restoration services daily
- Set up and monitor drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers
- Demolition and debris/ junk removal as needed
- Conduct moisture readings and complete job documentation using mobile software
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site
- Ensure job site cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
- Maintain all equipment, tools, and vehicles in excellent working condition
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies (as needed)
- Complete basic rebuild/reconstruction projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in restoration or mitigation
- Experience in the trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC a big +
- Experience operating power tools, dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers and similar equipment on-site
- Experience with construction or restoration mobile apps/ CRM
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and within a team
