STATION LEAD
The Station Lead supports daily operations by coordinating team activities, maintaining production flow, and reinforcing safety, quality, and culture standards. Working closely with the Supervisor, this role ensures team members have the tools, direction, and support needed to meet goals while modeling accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.
Culture & Team Support
- Support a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented culture.

Operational & Safety Support
- Spend the majority of time on the production floor monitoring workflow and safety.
- Perform regular area checks for cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Report any potential safety or equipment concerns to the Supervisor immediately.
- Assist with maintaining 5S standards to support efficiency and safety.
- Support the Supervisor in identifying and communicating production issues or process inefficiencies.
Workforce Coordination
- Support shift start-up and close-out procedures (attendance checks, handoffs, and reporting).
- Help ensure adequate staffing coverage by communicating absences or issues early.
- Assist with timekeeping accuracy and attendance tracking as directed.
- Provide input on team performance and development needs to the Supervisor.
Leadership & Communication
- Lead station-level huddles to communicate goals, safety reminders, and process updates.
- Provide hands-on training, guidance, and mentorship to new and current team members.
- Model accountability and professionalism in all interactions.
- Support the Supervisor in reinforcing company policies and expectations.
- Encourage engagement by listening to concerns and bringing feedback to leadership.
Production & Quality
- Ensure daily production goals are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- Perform and document quality checks; immediately address and escalate issues.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process or workflow enhancements.
- Step in to perform production work when needed to maintain flow and meet deadlines.
