Job Description
Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) program from Streamline's facility in Tampa, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies.
Personnel must be proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are required.
Requirements
The contractor shall provide personnel with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or four (4) years of equivalent experience in procurement analysis.
Personnel must have demonstrated expertise in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements.
Personnel must have experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits is required.
Desired Qualifications
Desirable but not required certifications include Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or DoD Financial Management Certification.
