About the Role
We are seeking a Platform Customer Sales Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics partners across the U.S.
The role focuses on driving customer acquisition through platform partnerships and channel development while supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with:

E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify ecosystem, Temu, SHEIN, etc.)

Logistics aggregators and 3PL networks

Identify and onboard new platform and channel partners
-
Generate customer opportunities through partnership programs and platform integrations

Support partnership negotiations and commercial discussions

Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation

Monitor market trends and identify new partnership opportunities
KPIs

Number of platform partnerships established

Customer acquisition through channel partners

Package volume and revenue generated from platform channels
Requirements
-
3+ years of sales, business development, or partnership experience
-
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, fulfillment, or marketplace ecosystems

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Base Salary:
- $80,000 – $140,000+Commission
