Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:15 PM EST

Pay: $18- $20/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Phlebotomist I to provide exceptional patient service and perform accurate blood specimen collection and processing. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy and customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and collect clinical and forensic specimens safely and accurately.
- Provide a professional, welcoming experience for patients.
- Process specimens and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow established safety, quality, and confidentiality procedures.
- Complete daily activities accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and organizational commitment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience
- Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Keyboard and data-entry experience required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to provide accurate, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
