Position Overview
Sterling Breeze Resort is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant. This is a seasonal, part-time position running through Labor Day, with a consistent weekly schedule focused on peak resort activity days.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool deck environment while delivering exceptional guest service to our owners and visitors.
Candidates that stay for the duration of the season are subject to a $250-bonus for employment.
Schedule
- Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Status: Part-Time, Seasonal (through October 31st)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the pool deck area to ensure compliance with Resort Rules and State-mandated regulations
- Provide a welcoming and professional presence for owners and guests
- Politely and effectively enforce pool and deck rules in a respectful and consistent manner
- Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly pool environment
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and minor issues promptly and courteously
- Report safety concerns, incidents, or violations to management as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with guests and owners in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner
- Comfortable enforcing rules while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Ability to walk and remain active for extended periods in an outdoor environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous hospitality, security, or customer service experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk extended distances and stand for the duration of shifts
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
