We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in quality workmanship. This is a hands-on position for someone who likes variety and isn't afraid to jump in wherever the team needs them.
From mowing and landscape maintenance to planting trees and shrubs, installing landscapes, operating equipment, and helping complete outdoor projects, no two days are the same.
What You'll Do:
- Perform lawn and landscape maintenance
- Assist with landscape and plant installations
- Operate landscape equipment and machinery
- Install mulch, trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Help wherever needed to keep projects on schedule
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to perform a variety of landscape tasks
- Experience in landscaping or equipment operation is preferred but we're willing to train the right person
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
