Duties

- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Perform data entry tasks accurately within various systems, including QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping needs
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, proofreading correspondence, and maintaining office equipment
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring excellent service at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Technical proficiency with office equipment, multi-line phone systems, and data entry tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
