Open Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday.
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a passion for creating delicious meals. If you are a culinary enthusiast looking to showcase your talent in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!
## Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Handle food safely and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Contribute to menu planning and suggest new dishes based on seasonal availability
- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and grinders effectively
## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in preparing various cuisines and executing diverse cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required
