STS is now hiring Per Diem School Support Substitutes to work throughout the Eastern Lancaster County School District.
Location: Eastern Lancaster County School District (District-Wide)
Schedule: Flexible, as needed
Pay: Starting at $15.15/hour
Position Summary
Our per diem subs are assigned to support in our schools as-needed in a variety of settings with most roles in our Special Education classrooms. One of the biggest advantages of working as a day-to-day substitute is the flexibility it offers. You’re not required to commit to a full-time schedule - instead, you choose the days and hours that work best for you. Whether you’re looking to work every day or just a few times a month, this role allows you to tailor your schedule around your personal needs and availability. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to creating a positive learning environment.
Pay: From $23.38 per hour
