Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and cleaning detergents safely and effectively
- Execute laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with precision.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to ensure safety
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with strong janitorial skills
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards
- Ability to use various cleaning equipment and detergents safely and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Prior experience in housekeeper management or residential housekeeping is preferred
- Familiarity with outdoor work environments and outdoor surface cleaning is a plus
