Job Summary:
Copperhead Coatings is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our installation team. This position involves applying high-performance concrete coatings and requires both attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Install high-performance concrete coatings
- Interact professionally with customers
- Use the CompanyCam app to document projects
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Operate grinders, vacuums, and other installation tools
- Load, organize, and maintain trailers
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with standard units of measurement (feet, inches, gallons, etc.)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and manage a physical workload
- Able to stand or kneel on hard surfaces for extended periods
- Self-motivated and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
