As an Inventory Lot Porter, you will be essential in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our vehicle inventory. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, your core skills in driving, customer service, and communication will be vital as you assist customers and manage vehicle inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Control the flow of cars, inventory management, checking and logging in new arrivals and ensuring there is no damage.
- Responsible for lot merchandising, ensuring vehicles are front line ready and have correct pricing stickers, buyers guides and frame plates.
- Parking and aligning cars and maintaining presentable sales lot.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space.
- Keeping track of vehicle keys
Qualifications (may vary by level)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to work in varying environments, such as indoors and outdoors.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license (as mandated by state and location) with good driving history required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit for up to 8 hours.
- Be able to endure the heat of Florida for extended periods of time.
- Ability to drive manual transition is a bonus but can be taught
