Basic maintenance duties including painting, replacement of light fixtures, and general property maintenance. Opportunity to learn new skills by experienced technicians on staff. Assist with kitchen/bath remodeling, floor refinishing, and window replacement. Maintaining our properties is important for our tenants and our organization, ensuring quality affordable housing for the community. Must be a team player. Our staff operate collectively and assist each other as needed. Must be able to follow directions and ask questions if more information or direction is necessary.
