Project Manager – Luxury Outdoor Lighting & Construction Coordination

LUX Lighting, Inc. is a high-end outdoor and architectural lighting company specializing in luxury residential and hospitality projects throughout South Florida. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in the construction, landscape, or luxury residential building industry who understands how to coordinate multiple trades and manage projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the owner and lighting designer on all active projects
- Coordinate and manage luxury residential outdoor lighting projects from design through final installation
- Visit job sites regularly to review project progress, crew activity, and installation quality
- Create and manage crew schedules and project timelines
- Coordinate with builders, electricians, landscapers, hardscape contractors, pool companies, and other trades
- Follow up with manufacturers and suppliers regarding orders, lead times, deliveries, and warranty issues
- Ensure proper communication between all parties involved in the project
- Review plans, layouts, and site conditions
- Assist with project logistics, material planning, and field coordination
- Help maintain high-quality installation standards and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot field issues and help find practical solutions during construction
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in construction project management, landscape construction, outdoor lighting, luxury residential construction, or related industries
- Familiarity with landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, electrical systems, and construction coordination
- Ability to read plans and understand site layouts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
- Experience coordinating crews and subcontractors
- Knowledge of luxury residential projects is a major plus
- Experience with outdoor lighting systems, low-voltage lighting, or smart controls is a plus
