Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Must have at least one year of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Assist attorneys with case management by organizing and maintaining legal files using document management systems such as iManage and Westlaw.
- Conduct legal research across multiple practice areas including UCC law, patent law, tribal law & regulations, workers' compensation law, and securities law to support case development.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, contracts, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
- Support litigation processes through document review, filing court documents accurately within procedural law guidelines, and preparing exhibits for trial.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and written correspondence to gather information through interviewing techniques and provide updates on case status.
- Manage calendar deadlines for filings and court appearances while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely submissions.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining compliance with legal administrative standards.
Experience
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal support professional within a law office setting.
- Extensive knowledge of procedural law, civil litigation support, and document review processes.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw; familiarity with research techniques in estate planning, environmental law, family law, and other practice areas is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills complemented by proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and document management systems like iManage.
- Demonstrated ability to draft clear legal writing and support attorneys in complex cases involving personal injury law, landlord-tenant disputes, or general & commercial litigation.
- Exceptional client communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette and proofreading capabilities.
- Experience handling confidential information responsibly while supporting multiple cases simultaneously is highly valued.

Pay: $52,716.35 - $70,486.36 per year
