Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor at the brand new Tru by Hilton University Capitol, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this role, you will oversee the night shift (11pm - 7am), providing exceptional guest services, managing property records, and maintaining the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using our property management system to verify all transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints with customer service problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain hotel security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and following hotel emergency procedures to safeguard guests and staff.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review.
- Handle phone communication with guests and internal departments using proper phone etiquette while providing information about hotel amenities and services.
- Assist with hospitality reservation systems updates, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and guest preferences are noted for personalized service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication.
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and hotel safety protocols.
- Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality reservation systems and guest services is preferred.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
