The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Overtime is highly encouraged in the burn season from Labor Day to Saint Patrick's Day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Make sure our customers are safe and satisfied with your service calls.
*Assist on jobs with team mates and individually. Collaborate with trade partners for installations, service, inspections, deliveries, pickups.
*Service many or all of our fuel types: gas, wood, pellet and electric.
* Be a team player.
*Follow NFI and/or CSIA standards or AHJ if there are additional code requirements.
*Act as a documentarian and take required pictures submitting them before leaving the job. Pictures or it didn't happen.
*Assist the sales team in resolving any technical issues or making good faith replacement recommendations for recent service customers. It is our job to help customers make the best decision for their home heating goals.
* Prove that you pay attention and include your favorite book in your application.
*Review service truck stock and collaborate with the service scheduler to order stock service parts for the parts room.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Excellent customer service skills. Read the book Unreasonable Hospitality for more insight
*Candidate must live within a 35-minute commute of Phoenixville, PA 19460.
*Ability to move up to 120+ pounds
*Capable of safely completing necessary roof work.
*Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong interpersonal skills as the position requires daily contact with customers, managers, and salespeople.
We start at $25 per hour for employment with the opportunity for an increase for strong performance, experience, ability and commitment. Additional experience in the industry is a plus. Incentive pay and profit bonuses are available as your understanding of the role grows.
