We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manager Trainee to join our convenience store chain in Ware Shoals, SC. This entry-level position is designed to develop future store managers by providing hands-on experience and comprehensive training in all aspects of store operations.
- Learn and assist in daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Support store managers in supervising and motivating store staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, operational, and business management skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with cash handling, sales reporting, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and performance goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
