Job Title: Junk Removal Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Junk Removal Specialist to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely removing and disposing of
unwanted items from residential, commercial, and industrial locations. This role
requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work
efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely load, transport, and dispose of junk, furniture, appliances, and debris
from various locations.
Provide excellent customer service, including friendly communication and
handling items with care.
Sort items for recycling, donation, and proper disposal according to
company guidelines.
Comfortably operate company vehicles, ensuring safe driving and proper
vehicle maintenance, including backing up a pick-up truck with attached
trailer.
Lift and carry heavy items while maintaining safety protocols.
Clean up job sites after removal and ensure areas are left in good condition.
Handle payments and issue receipts when required.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and
injuries.
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50-100 lbs) for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Experience in junk removal, moving, or related work.
