Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning, whitening, deodorizing, and restoration of sneakers using professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions
- Inspect each pair of sneakers carefully to identify specific cleaning needs and potential repairs
- Follow established protocols to ensure consistent quality and safety standards during the cleaning process
- Maintain organized workstations, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and replenished as needed
- Communicate with team members to coordinate workflow efficiently and meet daily production goals
- Document each sneaker’s condition before and after cleaning for quality assurance purposes
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about cleaning processes and offering sneaker care tips
Experience
- Prior experience in footwear cleaning, shoe restoration, or related hands-on technical roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for sneakers, fashion, or footwear culture
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple pairs of sneakers simultaneously
- Basic understanding of safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
