Overview
Matthew’s Mindful Moment is a nonprofit organization based out of Philadelphia Pennsylvania dedicated to bringing mindfulness and meditation into schools and communities. We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Intern to support our digital presence.
In this role, you will work directly with our Marketing Coordinator, receiving clear guidance and mentorship while helping our mission grow. This is a "micro-internship" designed to provide professional experience without overwhelming your existing schedule.
Internship Responsibilities
- Content Scheduling: Execute the day-to-day posting schedule using provided content and direction.
- Caption Drafting: Practice brand-voice writing by drafting captions from existing templates and guidance.
- Digital Asset Management: Gain experience in content organization by managing our library of photos, videos, and graphics.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of active marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Platform Analytics: Support the Marketing Coordinator with light reporting on post performance and platform maintenance.
Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled in college or a recent college graduate.
- Location: Must be based in the United States.
- Time Zone: Preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through: You take pride in catching the small things and seeing every task through to completion
- Tools Experience: Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and basic digital tools
